7 Realistic Ways to Stay Productive

I get asked all the time how I stay so motivated and productive. I usually let these people know that I put habits and strategies in place so I can be more efficient, and I get responses like "you're just so disciplined, I could never be that way," or "you are so energetic, I don't have that in me." I don't think people realize that these are learnable skills - not some innate talent that only that blessed have. There is a difference been skill and talent. I truly believe many people confuse the two.

I stay productive because I focus on my health and mindset first. I take care of my physical body so that I have lasting energy and presence in my life. When your brain is healthy and your body feels open and relaxed, your body operates like a superhuman. And sure, there are a few tactical tips unrelated to wellness in this video, but it really does boil down to taking care of yourself.
